Valley View is a 200-plus-unit multifamily campus in East Hanover, New Jersey, and the proving ground for KRE’s newly formed internal architecture and design team. My role was to elevate the core design already in motion: refining finishes, layering in FF&E, art, and accessories, and carrying the indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and the model residences through final styling and photography. Architecture by others.
The campus clubhouse carries the same conviction as the rest of my amenity work: residential common space should feel like hospitality, never a leasing checkbox. These are rooms tenants and their guests would choose for an evening, or for the occasions worth celebrating.
