The third and final tower of the Journal Squared development brings 598 residences to Jersey City’s skyline. To lead leasing for the new tower, I directed the design scope, acting as creative director of its model residences: complete homes, furnished and styled down to the last object, that show the life the building promises.
The work runs the full arc of my FF&E practice: furniture, lighting, art, and accessories sourced and composed per unit, coordinated with design consultants, leasing, and branding teams, and carried through final styling and professional photography.
